The petitioner seeks bail in Rampur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged in the FIR that four persons including the petitioner had called him at Barhi (Jharkhand) for business transaction, for purchasing books worth Rs. 22 lacs, and had agreed to pay Rs. 12 lacs as advance but the advance was not paid there and they took him in their BOLERO Jeep and stated that money will be paid at Dhanarua and he suspected that he has been kidnapped by all the four persons. No.5086 of 2018(3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1194 of 2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1325 of 2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017.
