The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 536 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and five live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Korha

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13878 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 P.S. Case No. 536 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Katihar, subject to the condition that out of two bailors, one must either be parent or close relative of the petitioner.
