Heard counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be the husband of deceased. It is alleged that this petitioner along with his parents committed murder of the informant's sister due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. The sister of informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11589 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 committed suicide due to petty dispute. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased who died within one year of her marriage in her sasural and in unnatural circumstance, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail.
