The petitioner is accused in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016 registered under sections 498A/304B/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2015 and charge has already been framed in this case.
On perusal of report of the 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, as called for regarding stage of the trial, it appears that the next date i.e. 31.07.2017 has been fixed for evidence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29313 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months.
