2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 283, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was having an affair with the deceased. She called the deceased on 25.10.2024 at 9:00 P.M. at her house and when he reached the house of the petitioner, her father-in-law one Rajendra Paswan, Niraj Kumar and Naresh Kumar attacked him with an Axe and killed him and thereafter they all disposed of the body of the deceased under a bridge.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had not played any role in the killing of the deceased and it is her father-in-law Rajendra Paswan, Niraj Kumar and Naresh Kumar who have killed the deceased.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail and has submitted that the petitioner may not be granted bail as the deceased was called by the petitioner and thereafter he has been killed by the other accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner, in her self-inculpatory statement, has described the modusoperandi of the offence that she has conspired with Rajendra Paswan and others in killing of the deceased and after killing him they have disposed of his body.

7. Learned counsel for the State further submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

8. Considering the fact that the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased by calling him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

10. The trial Court is directed to frame the charges and proceed with the trial expeditiously.
