The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2016. In para-3 of the petition on affidavit statement has been made that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In various paragraphs of the petition the petitioner has stated that he has been falsely implicated in this case on account of the fact that he has given loan to the informant but the informant is not willing to repay the said amount. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27237 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 possession but it was recovered from the house of Md. Akhtar. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2016 and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran or the successor Court in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
