JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015 registered under Sections-353, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case itself, the petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher in the concerned school and he requested the informant who happens to be Principal of the said school to give scholarship to some students but the informant refused the aforesaid proposal on the ground that the aforesaid students were not known to him.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the

No.14188 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 petitioner has been implicated in a false case on account of politics of the concerned school and as a matter of fact, when the petitioner raised voice against the irregularities of Principal of the said school, the present case has been lodged. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jahenabad subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
