Petitioner seeks regular bail in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No.285 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 377 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Informant is the father of the victim who in his written complaint on 24.04.2017 has alleged that the petitioner has committed unnatural offence against his son on 23.04.2017 at 6 P.M. The victim was subjected to medical examination and as per medical opinion no such offence was made out after examination of the victim by the Medical Board

No.3258 of 2018 (3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 It has been submitted by the petitioner that the informant is the agnate of the petitioner and there has been some dispute on account of money transaction. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.06.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl.District & Sessions Judge., Rohtas at Sasaram, in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S.Case No.285 of 2017.
