=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2016 It has been submitted that the Trial has not concluded as yet and in the interest of justice this Court is proceeding to hear the matter.

The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 19.06.2013 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna by which he has allowed the petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. in S.Tr. No. 280 of 2003 .

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the Application is dismissed.
