This is a case registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of recovery of 13 liters of wine from the conscious possession of two persons is false and the petitioners are innocent. Further submission is that there is no allegation of sale or distribution of alleged wine. Both petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 03.04.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named
