The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. The deceased went along with his wife and father-in-law but his dead body was found lying by the side of a railway track. Of course, there is no eye witness of the occurrence, but considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The father-in-law of the deceased Mahendra Rai has already been enlarged on regular bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3725/2015. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and make prayer for
