The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and antecedents of the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No.119 of 2014 pending in the court of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
