Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner has received post retiral dues. He further submits that the petitioner is entitled to payment of interest. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the payment of post retrial dues has been paid to the petitioner within the time framed. As such, petitioner is not entitled to payment of interest.
