Submission has been on behalf of the petitioner that in the said order amount of Rs.4,60,000/- has been mentioned in place of Rs.4,06,022/-.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 23.12.2016 is modified to the extent that wherever amount of Rs.4,60,000/- has been mentioned, the same should be correctly read as Rs.4,06,022/-.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
