The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria P.S. case No. 256 of 2017 under Section 272, 273,34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a), 36, 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

18 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.04.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria in Khagaria P.S.
