This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017 for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that first information report is against unknown and the petitioner is made accused only on the basis of confessional statement and the stolen motorcycle has not been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and is in custody since 27.01.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18773 of 2018(2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
