Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the allegation of commission of injury at the head of the mother of the informant with farsa is against co-accused Raj Narayan Ram. The mother died during course of treatment. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of commission of assault to other persons. The allegation is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7291 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No. 145 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
