2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the district Order No. 32 of 2019 issued by the District commandant, Home Guard, Sitamarhi (Annexure-3) as well as letter No. 1450 dated 23.12.2019 ( Annexure-4).
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's date of birth has wrongly been considered by the authorities. In this regard, he has file representation to his Commandant, Home Guard, Sitamarhi, but till date, no order has been passed on his

4. Counsel for the State submits that petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the District Commandant, Home Guard, Sitamarhi.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Commandant, Home Guard, Sitamarhi (respondent No.6) within 4 weeks and upon going through the same, the respondent No.6 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.
