Akbal commonly originate out of Gogri PS Case No. 07/2014 and on account thereof, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order. At an earlier occasion vide order dated 16.10.2014 prayer of all the petitioners was dealt with commonly and taking into account the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13081 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 for bail was rejected under the heading "at the present moment". It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that charge has already been framed. It has also been submitted that henceforth petitioners will not engage themselves in such kind of activity.
Taking into account the period of detention inconsonance with the subsequent development in the trial, petitioners, namely, 1. Md. Babar, 2. Md. Afroj and 3. Md. Akbal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-Khagaria in S.C. Case No. 138 of 2014 arising out of Gogri PS Case No. 07/2014.
