The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ariari (Mahuli) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 302, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 72 years old and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2018. He further submits that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner is aged about 72 years and he has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
