ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.130 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Notices were issued earlier in this matter, but having received the notice, there is no representation by O.P. No.2. In view of the fact that the earlier order had been passed granting interim protection to the petitioner and there is no resistance by the other side, let the petitioner, above
