2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 354(A), 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have teased the girls of the school. It is further alleged that the petitioner has also tried to make physical relation with the informant's friend.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. He submitted that the entire allegation levelled in the F.I.R. is out and out a false allegation and simply because the petitioner being a teacher of the +2 school and was

No.15868 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/3 very strict in maintaining the discipline of the educational institution and he had objected to the misbehavior and illegal acts of some of the students who were reading in the school, and it appears that due to that reason the present false case has been lodged by them. He further submitted that prior to lodging the FIR, a day earlier, those girls called some boys on the school gate and started creating Hangama and on that day police has also arrived and finally the matter was pacified but it is strange that on that day no case lodged and subsequently after due deliberation on the next day the present case was lodged. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. He is languishing in judicial custody since 16.01.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-
