JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 15-04-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, realizing that the petitioner wants employment in the Department of Post under the Central Government and, therefore, there is a remedy under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act by moving the competent Central Administrate Tribunal, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent Tribunal.
