A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 which is taken on record. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on going through the materials it transpires that in the instant application which was filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case no.146 of 2019, by order dated 5.6.2020, the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on provisional bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that pursuant thereto the petitioner was released from custody and as per the supplementary affidavit filed today which has been sworn by the

No.15087 of 2020(7) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 informant of the present case who happens to be the father-in-law of the petitioner, the petitioner and his wife i.e the daughter of the informant namely, Geeta Devi @ Gira Devi are both living together in the house of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case no. 416 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur is hereby confirmed.
