The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C-2-262 of 2017, registered under Section 30(K) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali Saufi wine from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 30.04.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28083 of 2017 (2) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C-2-262 of 2017.
