The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 80 of 2017 dated 21.3.2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is regarding snatching of a mobile phone from the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student, he has been languishing in jail since 22.3.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case more particularly the fact that he is a student and of tendered age, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
