ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.10.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maintenance case No. 78 of 2013. Considering the fact that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I do not see any reason for interference and, hence, this application stands rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the proceedings of Maintenance Case No. 78 of 2013 along with Matrimonial Case No. 281 of 2012 within a period of four months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.

Till further order, the amount of maintenance of Rs. 3000/- per month is reduced by Rs. 1500/- per month. (Anjana Prakash, J) BKS/- U T
