Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.511 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 386, 379, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the informant and the petitioner, there is case and counter case in between them, the allegation of causing fire arm injury is against one Mantu Rai and not against this petitioner who is alleged to have fired but missed, the petitioner has been made accused due to land dispute and he has no

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Deo Kumar Rai @ Dev Kumar Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (ten ₹ thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.511 of 2017.
