The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner in association of her family members is said to have tortured and killed the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. She has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner is the married sister-in-law of the deceased and lives in her matrimonial home and has no concern with the affairs of her Naiher. Her marriage was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11238 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 solemnized eight years prior to the marriage of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is in custody. She has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 1 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
