Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR, rather his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Raju Tiwary. Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2018. Investigation of the case is complete against the petitioner. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 1121 of
