2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 353, 504, 506, 307, 188, 269, 270 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 2/3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant reached the place of occurrence for investigation, the accused persons are said to have abused and assaulted them with an intention of killing them.

4. The petitioner is in custody from 3.1.2026 in a case registered in the year 2020 and it appears that the petitioner is an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18629 of 2026(2) dt.31-03-2026 2/2 absconder.

5. The petitioner has ten criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
