Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's services were absorbed under certain terms and conditions by an order dated 03.02.2011, which had made the services of the petitioner non-pensionable, the question of payment of retirement benefit, for the time being, will be out of consideration. Mr. Chakrapani, learned counsel for the petitioner, having realized that this aspect of the matter, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move appropriate forum/court for redressal of the grievance
Patna High Court CWJC No.3462 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 2/2 relating to retrospective absorption of the petitioner by assailing the order of his absorption dated 03.02.2011.
