JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 for the offence under sections 461, 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner claims to be the owner and driver of the seized vehicle bearing registration no. BR26E 3853. It is alleged that stolen goods were transported by the petitioner in his vehicle which was used for transportation. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got goods carriage permit and he was carrying goods and having no knowledge about goods were stolen.
Having regard to the facts that the petitioner has stated in para-3 that he has got no criminal antecedent and the fact

Case No 68 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
