The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.416C of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be a Medical Representative as per the complaint petition filed by the complainant, who is the District Manager, is that the petitioner demanded 'rangdari' from him and also snatched Rs.1,500/- from his pocket.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that both petitioner and the complainant are working in the same Firm and there is dispute with respect to some official

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the complainant.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Complainant Case No.416C of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
