The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with other accused persons are alleged to have gone to the house of the informant and abused. Dukhan Mian assaulted the daughter of the informant with Pharsa and Jildar Mian brother of the informant was assaulted by Rustam Alam with iron rod.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused Jakima Khatoon and Sarifan Khatoon have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8495/2015.

No.16176 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
