The present application has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 61 of 2021 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 29.05.2019 and the petitioner is legally wedded wife of the Opposite Party and due to torture and demand of dowry, dispute arose between the parties.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has been heard.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is a lady and having no regular source of income and she will have difficulty in contesting her Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 61

Patna High Court MJC No.358 of 2022(3) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 of 2021 at Nalanda and it will be convenient for her to contest her Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 61 of 2021 at Gaya, therefore, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 61 of 2021 is transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya.

The records of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 61 of 2021 should immediately be sent by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda and the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya through FAX and e-mail for its compliance.
