The legal heirs, whose names figure in paragraph 2 of the interlocutory application, are brought on record in view of death of the petitioner.

Even according to the stand of the counsel, representing the university, the issue of 50 percent DA merger and its payment on the basic pension, payment of enhanced gratuity are issues, which are required to be addressed.

Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that even

The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Vice-Chancellor of the university that he will look into the left over issues of the settlement of the post retirement dues and entitlement of the erstwhile petitioner and ensure that all payments are made now within a period of four months, since, now, the widow has to be taken care of as the original petitioner is died.
