2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kunauli P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 143(3) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girls and was trying to take them to Nepal.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2025.

5. Considering the seriousness of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pinki Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported as 2025 SCC OnLine 781, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
