Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 9C2 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a), 32(i) and 38(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the alleged recovery of 40 liters of country made liquor, petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
