2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file statutory appeal, as provided under Section 14(a) of the Bihar State School Teacher (Appointment, Transfer, Disciplinary Proceedings and Service Conditions) Rules, 2023 (as amended from time to time) for the relief(s), as prayed for in
Patna High Court CWJC No.4117 of 2025(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 the present writ petition. However, learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is suffering from acute jaundice and hepatitis, and the appeal, so preferred by him, is required to be expeditiously disposed of, in accordance with law.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, made on behalf of the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer statutory appeal and the time taken in pursuing the present writ petition is required to be condoned.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
