By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities especially the respondent no.6 for mutation of area 2/1/2 decimal of Mourusi land of the petitioner in view of order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Land Dispute Appeal No. 158 of 2014 by the Appellate Authority i.e. Respondent no.2 as the aforesaid order has not been complied even after 3 years for no reason only because of latches on the part of the respondent authorities whereas the petitioner along with his family has been

(ii) For any other relief(s) applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to move before the Circle Officer, Tekari, District- Gaya, for mutation of his lands in his name.

Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the Circle Officer, Tekari, District- Gaya within a period of two week from today for mutation of his lands in his name by filing an application. If such an application is filed, the Circle Officer, Takari, DistrictGaya, shall decide and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of application by the petitioner.
