Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
