The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Since recovery of illicit liquor has been made from a public place and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Court No.2,
