The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, direction/s commanding the Respondents to organize a special meeting for selection of Anganbari Sewika for Khajuhatti, Dakshin Tola Anganbari Centre (Center No. 250) of Ward No. 06 of Gram Panchayat Raj, Dighwa

Patna High Court CWJC No.3991 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 Dakshin, falling within Baikunthpur Block of the Gopalganj district and complete the entire selection process in pursuance of the application invited for the same in the year 2017 in the light of the order passed by the of the Respondent No. 4 dated 19.02.2020 contained in memo no. 328.

B. For a direction to the respondent authorities to hold the petitioner to be most eligible applicant among-st four (4) applicants applied in the year 2017 for the post of Anganbari Sewika for Khajuhatti, Dakshin Tola Anganbari Centre (Center No. 250) of Ward No. 06 of Gram Panchayat Raj, Dighwa Dakshin, falling within Baikunthpur Block of the Gopalganj district."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
