The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 513/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 147/341/323/354/379/448/506/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the occurrence took place because of a trivial issue and the allegations are not serious in nature, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
