The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 52 of 2017, arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of the Immortal Traffic Act, Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and under Sections 467, 468, 420, 294 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that flesh trade is going in hotel R.D. INN. The petitioner was also apprehended from the room.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Poonam Bhatia is running the flesh trade. The petitioner was apprehended at the gate of the hotel. The petitioner has nothing to do with the

It is further submitted that from perusal of the arrest memo, it would appear that the place from where the petitioner was arrested has not been mentioned. The petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2017. Similarly situated co-accused Chandan Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29146 of 2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Patna in Special Case No. 52 of 2017, arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017.
