The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of the offence, the allegation made in the first information report and the ratio laid down by this Court in Gauri Shankar Rai Vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2015 (3) P.L.J.R. 618, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
