The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.193 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Though the petitioner has tried to convince by filing a complaint case for the theft of vehicle, the vehicle in question was found involved in carrying the illicit liquor. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
