The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No.10 of 2024, lodged on 09.03.2024 under section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown accused persons against whom allegation is that the informant's sister was admitted to Hospital for delivery and the child of the patient died due to carelessness.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19480 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 confessional statement of one Rajiya Khatton, who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.05.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29756 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2024. 5.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia / concerned Court, in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024.
