Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 376, 379, 511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. It is alleged that petitioner being tractor driver made attempt to establish forceful physical relationship with the daughter of the informant and snatched gold chain from the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at earlier point of time one of the co-accused Chhotelal Yadav lodged a case against the informant's side. Hence, as a retaliatory measure the present accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts, constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15758 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
